Moss (seed) stitch

This is a basic knitting stitch that forms evenly distributed purl bumps in your finished fabric. In the UK it is known as moss stitch. In the US it is known as seed stitch.

Abbreviations: k = knit, p = purl


Row 1: *k1,p1, repeat from * to end

Row 2: if you have an even number of stitches then *p1, k1, repeat from * to end. If you have an odd number of stitches then *k1, p1, repeat from * to end. 

Repeat rows 1 and 2 for pattern.
